Yes. On request we issue the invoice directly to your company — for several apartments also as a consolidated invoice. Simply include the billing address with your inquiry.
What is the minimum rental period for companies? +
Business apartments can be booked from single nights; for corporate clients, stays from one month with significantly reduced monthly rates are most attractive. Extensions are possible month by month.
How quickly can employees move in? +
Very quickly: we reply to inquiries within 8 hours, and the apartments are ready to move in — furniture, Wi-Fi, bed linen and kitchen included.
Is a deposit required? +
For short stays of up to 60 nights, a credit card authorisation is sufficient. From two months onwards, one month's rent is required as a deposit, plus a CHF 200 processing fee that only falls due once the application is accepted — for corporate clients we clarify this individually in the offer.
Can several employees be accommodated at the same time? +
Yes. We have several business studios in the building on Badenerstrasse — ideal for project teams. Request the number you need and we will check availability for your dates.
What is corporate housing – and how does it differ from a hotel? +
Corporate housing means a fully furnished apartment rented to a company or its employees for a defined period — with kitchen, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning on request. Unlike a hotel you get more space, a separate living and working area and predictable monthly rates, invoiced directly to the company.
