Booking & Inquiry
The easiest way is through the contact form or by email. Tell us your preferred dates, size and budget, and we will get back to you within 8 hours with suitable suggestions. Online booking is also possible through Airbnb and Booking.com.
We answer all inquiries within 8 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-14:00). Outside these hours, you will hear from us by the next morning at the latest.
Yes, of course. For mid-term and long-term rentals, we offer personal viewings. For short stays, we can show you the apartment by video call or send detailed photos and videos.
For short stays (1–60 nights): a valid ID and credit card. For mid-term and long-term rentals (from 2 months): ID, employer confirmation or proof of financial means, the first rent and deposit, plus the CHF 200 processing fee after acceptance.
Please start by completing the rental application form: /en/rental-application/. This gives us the key details about you, your preferred dates and the apartment that may suit you.
Prices & Payment
All our prices are all-inclusive: rent, utilities (heating, water, electricity), Wi-Fi and cleaning according to the offer type. No hidden costs, no surprises.
For short stays (up to 60 nights): no deposit upfront. Your card is stored at Stripe and only charged for documented damage – at most CHF 500, and no later than 30 days after checkout. For mid-term and long-term rentals (from 2 months): one month's rent as a deposit, paid before key handover, plus the CHF 200 processing fee, which only falls due once the application is accepted.
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, and for long-term rentals also direct debit or standing order.
Yes. The longer you stay, the lower the price per day or month. From 30 nights onwards, a 10% discount is already included. Contact us for an individual offer.
It depends on size, location and length of stay. Our studios start at around CHF 95 per night; with monthly rates the price per day drops significantly. All utilities (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi) are already included. You will find current prices directly on the individual apartment pages.
From about one week onwards, a serviced apartment is almost always cheaper than a comparable hotel. You save twice: the nightly rate decreases with the length of stay, and having your own kitchen means no expensive restaurant bills. On top of that you get far more space and a real home instead of a hotel room.
Stay
Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Earlier or later times are possible on request (CHF 50). For long-term rentals, the times are flexible.
Either with a personal key handover and apartment introduction, or by self check-in via smart lock with a one-time code – whichever you prefer.
Contact us at any time. For emergencies, we have a 24-hour hotline. Regular requests are handled within 48 hours.
For short stays: weekly cleaning for stays from 7 nights, final cleaning always included. For mid-term stays: monthly cleaning included. For long-term stays: self-managed, like a regular rental.
In some apartments, yes, by prior arrangement. Please mention this in your inquiry.
Yes. If you have an apartment with us, we submit the move-in notification as your landlord. The full process is explained here: /en/guide/registration-zurich/. Important: you still need to complete your personal registration with the City of Zurich yourself.
Kreis 1 (old town) is ideal if you want everything within walking distance. Kreis 4 and Kreis 5 are lively, urban and popular with young professionals. Kreis 3 and Binz offer quieter living with good public transport. Altstetten is the most affordable option for families and longer stays — 15 minutes from the main station. You will find an overview at /en/districts/.
Cancellation & Changes
Cancellation terms vary from booking to booking. Please check the conditions that apply to your booking in your booking documents or booking confirmation.
Often yes, provided the apartment remains available. Contact us as early as possible and we will check the options.
For short stays, unfortunately there is no refund. For mid-term and long-term stays, fair arrangements apply according to the contract. Please speak with us.
Expats & relocating to Zurich
The Zurich housing market is demanding: landlords usually require Swiss references, a debt register extract and long lease commitments. A furnished temporary apartment is therefore the easiest way to start — you move in immediately, without any Swiss credit history, and look for a long-term home at your own pace.
No. With us, an identity document and a credit card are sufficient — from two months onwards, one month's rent as a deposit plus the CHF 200 processing fee after acceptance are added. A Swiss credit history or debt register extract is not required.
Yes, that is actually the normal case. You book from abroad by email or contact form, we show you the apartment via video call, and everything is ready when you move in — furniture, Wi-Fi, bed linen. You have a home in Zurich from day one.
Yes, that is exactly what our apartments are made for: flexible from one month, extendable month by month and fully equipped. Typical situations include a job move to Zurich, renovation of your own home, or the time between selling and buying.
