We review your application and invite you to a viewing for any suitable property.

Acceptance & processing fee
The one-off processing fee of CHF 200 is only due once your application has been accepted – no costs arise before that.

Tenancy agreement & deposit
You sign the tenancy agreement and pay a deposit of one month's rent. After that you receive the keys.
